Ahmedabad: Despite all the efforts of police for last three months, police had not yet present two girls who have gone missed from Fugutive Nithyananda Ashram runs in DPS school. The orders of Habeas Corpus could not be obeyed despite strict court instructions. Nithyananda has gone far beyond the clutches of Indian law in Trinidad and Tobago. Despite this, why police are not including Nithyananda’s associates Manjula Pooja Shroff, Amitabh Shah and Rashmi Shah in Habeas Corpus? If Gujarat Police moves to reach Nithyananda, then this trio of those closest to it will have to tighten their gripes.
A petition was filed in Gujarat HC regarding the disappearance of two girls from Yogini Sarvajnapeetham, ashram of Nithyananda runs under a DPS school in Hathijan area of Ahmedabad. In this case, more than half a dozen have been produced so far. The next hearing is scheduled on January 24. Lopamudra, one of the two girls missing had submitted her affidavit from Kingston, UK to Gujarat HC. However, High Commission has refused to accept the truth of details written in this affidavit. The High Commission has said that the signature and photo of affidavit are authenticated but we do not take any guarantee on the contents of affidavit.
In November last year, the father of these two girls Janardhan Sharma filed a petition of Habeas Corpus in Gujarat High Court regarding the disappearance of girls from ashram of Nithyananda. The matter was immediately heard in Gujarat High Court. The Court while reprimanding police had directed both the missing girls to be produced in court. After which these girls had submitted an affidavit from abroad claiming that they are not under pressure she has gone abroad with Swami in her heart. Although the court has insisted on appearing repeatedly, but these two girls are not appearing in court. In such a situation, the question arises that these two girls are giving their affidavits without any fear or pressure?
Swami Nithyananda and his associates are constantly trying to mislead the police. Swami Nithyananda’s Quartet had mislead the high court by raising dummy parties. Nithyananda’s associates Manjula Pooja Shroff, Amitabh Shah and Rashmi Shah have close ties, whose report has already been published by Gujarat Exclusive. In such a situation, the question arises whether the police will be confused or it will be interesting to see Nithyanand’s associates under the screws of law and follow the court order.
