Union Home Minister Amit Shah will be on Gujarat visit again on April 6. The day, 6th April, is the foundation day of Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) and Amit Shah will attend various programs organized in Ahmedabad and Salangpur. Amit Shah will also hold a meeting with District officers of Ahmedabad District and office bearers of Ahmedabad municipal corporation. He will also review the ongoing development works under his parliamentary constituency.
Home minister Amit Shah often visits Salangpur Hanumanji Temple to offer prayers with his family. On 6th April also, during the visit of Gujarat, Amit Shah is scheduled to visit Salangpur Hanumnji Temple. Amit Shah is likely to hold a meeting with BJP workers in Salangpur.
In Salangpur Amit Shah will unveil the idol of Lord Hanuman. The height of the idol, made of five different metals, is 54 ft. and weight is 30 tonne. The idol would be seen from the distance of 7 kms. due to its height. Hence, now onwards Salangpur will be known as ‘King of Salangpur.’ The idol is weather proof and and earthquake resistant.
A garden has been built on the front side with an amphitheater with capacity of 1500 audience for a light and sound show and a fountain. Union Home minister Amit Shah will also inaugurate a modern dining hall – Bhojan Shala – in temple with the capacity of over 10 thousand people to dine at once.
