Surat Bitcoin Scam Accused Nisha Gondalia Fired, Alleged SP Jamnagar, Threat to Suicide If Not Protected

Rajkot: Nisha Gondalia, a woman who had busted one of the Bitcoin scam in Gujarat, near Khambhalia in Devbhoomi Dwarka district on Friday.Two unidentified assailants fired two rounds at the car of Nisha near the Dham of Aradh. Nisha Gondalia is the sister-in-law of Shailesh Bhatt

According to a complaint filed by Nisha Gondalia before Jamnagar SP, that the assailants were in a car when they fired at her vehicle as she turned towards Aradhana Dham Temple, located 10 km from Khambhalia. Jayesh Patel, key accused in advocate Kirit Joshi murder case, had sent the assailants to kill her. She was earlier too fired at Jamnagar two months ago.

An officer of Vadinar police station of Devbhoomi Dwarka district said, “The victim claims the assailants were sent by Jayesh Patel because she had filed a complaint against him for usurping bitcoins worth several crores of rupees from her cellphone when she met him in Dubai five months ago.” In the firing incident, Nisha suffered a serious head injury and was shifted to GG hospital immediately for the treatment.

Earlier, Nisha Gondalia also claimed that she was in danger and sent a letter to district collector demanding police protection and weapons license. For this reason, Nisha has also frequently applied to the district police chief. However, now after the firing, Nisha questioned the functioning of the police.

Nisha Threat to Suicide 
Victim Nisha blamed Jamnagar SP for this incident. She alleged that in past SP was partner of Jayesh Patel and now with help of Police people and other way Jayesh targeting me. Nisha also threat to suicide if she will not be protected. She has fear that Jayesh will again try to murder her and ask for higher, loyal policed protection.
