Janata Dal-United Vice President and electoral strategist Prashant Kishor is now targeting the Congress, who are reckless against the Citizenship Amendment Act and NRC. He had express his shock on the absence of congress party from the streets during a CAA-NRC protest and asked them to join otherwise issuing the video messages even by the likes of Sonia Gandhi will mean nothing.
Congress is not on streets and its top leadership has been largely absent in the citizens’ fight against CAA-NRC
The least party could do it to make ALL Congress CMs join other CMs who have said that they will not allow NRC in their states. Or else these statements means nothing https://t.co/EWJLyc3kgR

Kishor tweeted, “Congress is not on streets and its top leadership has been largely absent in the citizens’ fight against CAA-NRC.The least party could do it to make ALL Congress CMs join other CMs who have said that they will not allow NRC in their states. Or else these statements means nothing.”
Kishor said, “At least you can ask all the Congress Chief Ministers to announce that they will not implement NRC in their state. Otherwise, such statements does not matter. ‘However, Priyanka Gandhi was seen leading the protests on the streets of Delhi in the absence of her brother and former party president Rahul Gandhi, but there was no visibility of the top leaders of congress once the rally on December 14 ended at the Ramlila Ground.
Even before this, Prashant Kishore has shown his rebellious tone with the CAA. And the result of the rebellion is that the Bihar Chief Minister had to announce that NRC would not be implemented in Bihar. So now Kishor has targeted the Congress leaders, after which it will be interesting to see when the Congress leaders really play the role of being in opposition.
