PM Narendra Modi to visit Gujarat on May 28

Home Minister Amit Shah, too, to be in state over the weekend

New Delhi/Gandhinagar: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit his home state Gujarat on Saturday, May 28, where he will inaugurate a multi-specialty hospital and make a public address in Rajkot. He will also address a seminar at Mahatma Mandir in Gandhinagar.

As per a release, PM Modi will visit newly built Matushri KDP Multi-specialty Hospital, managed by Shree Patel Seva Samaj, in Atkot in Rajkot at 10 am. This will be followed by his address at a public function at the venue.

Thereafter, at around 4 pm, he will address the seminar of leaders of various cooperative institutions on ‘Sahakar Se Samriddhi’ at Mahatma Mandir in Gandhinagar. Over 7,000 representatives from various cooperative institutions of the State will participate in the Seminar.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah, too, is expected to attend the event.

PM Modi will then inaugurate the Nano Urea (Liquid) Plant constructed at IFFCO, Kalol at a cost of around Rs 175 crore. The ultramodern Nano Fertilizer Plant has been established keeping in mind the increase in crop yield through the use of Nano Urea. The plant is expected to produce about 1.5 lakh bottles of 500 ml per day.
