PM Modi addresses BJP workers after Bihar victory

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday said that elections in India will be fought on the issue of development and people who continue to live in denial have lost their deposits. PM Modi said this while addressing workers at the BJP headquarters in New Delhi after the victory of NDA in the Bihar election.

PM Modi said that BJP has performed well in not just Bihar, but several other states, and it is the only party that truly has a national connect with the people of India.

He said: “The success in Bihar has made one thing absolutely clear that the key to success is ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwaas‘. That is the mantra that guides us, and that is what we are determined to, and that is what rewards us too.”

On the victory of NDA in Bihar election, PM Modi said: “Yesterday’s result showed if you dedicate yourself to the nation, you are bound to get support from the public.”

PM Modi thanks BJP workers, JP Nadda

PM Modi said: “I would like to thank each and every single BJP karyakarta (worker) for the stellar work that you all have done in elections. And of course, the strategy, planning and execution by our BJP president JP Nadda ji. Let us all say this slogan… “Nadda ji, aap aage badho, hum sab aapke saath hain (Nadda ji, go forward, we are all with you).”

The people of India are seeing the work you are doing. The people of India have decided that the only basis for electing people will be development and progress.

Now you can hear their echo. From safety, security, pregnancy to sanitary pads, BJP worked for the women. That is why women voters are the BJP’s biggest silent force,” PM Modi said while speaking about the “silent” voters in the Bihar polls.

PM Modi raises issue of violence against BJP workers in Bengal

PM Modi also raked up the issue of attack and violence against BJP workers in West Bengal. He said: “Those who are not being able to fight us democratically, they have opted for the route to killing BJP karyakartas. I want to tell them politely that you do not have to challenge me because the voter will decide. Elections come and go but this political violence cannot continue in democracy. Nobody can win elections like this. Do read the writing on the wall.”
