Delhi: RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat has given an important statement over Pakistan. He said People living in Pakistan are unhappy. The people, living there, believe partition of country was a mistake. Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan also participated in the program. Referring teen revolutionary Hemu Kalani, RSS Chief added we become sad whenever we hear about demise of 19 year youth. But we get inspiration from the same incident. He sacrificed his life drawing us to the path of life (independence).
Addressing the function RSS Chief added that the people of Pakistan are not happy after more than seven decades of independence and they now believe the partition of India was a mistake.
He also said ‘Akhand Bharat’ was true but divided Bharat was a “nightmare”. People of Pakistan are unhappy after more than seven decades of partition, whereas people of India are happy. Now we have to build New India.
‘Improper to attack Pakistan’
However, in a reference to the acrimonious relationship that the two nations now have, Mr. Bhagwat underscored the fact that India did not belong to a culture that calls for attacks on others. “I do not mean to say Bharat should attack Pakistan. Not at all. We don’t belong to that culture that calls for attack on others,” he said. “We are from the culture that gives a befitting reply in self defence,” Mr. Bhagwat said,
