Not 15 Million! Jharkhand Lodges Complaint Against PM Modi-Amit Shah


Ranchi: A complaint has been registered against Jharkhand on charges of cheating against Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Minister of State for Social Justice Ramdas Athavale. A High Court lawyer has filed a complaint in this regard. The next hearing will be held on February 1. On the day of the next hearing on the case filed by the Jharkhand High Court lawyer, Harendra Kumar Singh, the complainant’s statement will be recorded on the affidavit.

What is the accuser’s accusation?
Advocate Harendra Kumar alleged that in the 2014 Lok Sabha polls, Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi had said that he would bring black pomegranate India abroad. The amount of Rs. 15 lakh will be deposited in the account of each Indians. At the same time, Prime Minister Modi promised to provide 3 lakh government jobs every year. All these issues were involved in the BJP’s election manifesto.

The complainant alleges that the then Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi made these promises in Chhattisgarh on November 7, 2013. However, he did not keep his promise when he became the Prime Minister. Amit Shah, who described a media channel on February 5, 2015, as getting black money, said Indians were getting Rs 15 lakh for the election.

Athavale also accused
The complainant has also accused Union Minister Ramdas Athavale that he had assured in Maharashtra’s Sangli on December 18, 2018 that the coming of black money would provide Rs 15 lakh each to the citizens. Based on the complaint of the High Court lawyer, Harendra, a complaint has been filed under section 415,420 of the IPC.
