Maharashtra: NCP Chief Sharad Pawar, who plays an important role in the formation of the government in Maharashtra, has made a new announcement. Pawar said Prime Minister Narendra Modi had proposed “working together” but he rejected the offer.
Pawar made this disclosure after forming a government of Shiv Sena and NCP-Congress alliance in Maharashtra. It may be recalled that the Shiv Sena broke the alliance with the BJP when the demand for the post of Chief Minister was not fulfilled.
Sharad Pawar receives an explosive offer from PM
NCP Chief Sharad Pawar revealed in an interview to a TV channel that Modi had offered to work with me. However, I told them that our personal relationships are good and that they will stay that way but it is not possible to work with you. Modi told me, “My political experience will help him run the government. We both have similar views on some national issues, which is why he proposed to me. “
Offer to make daughter Supriya a minister
Pawar rejected the media report stating that the Modi government had recommended him as the President of the country. “But there surely was an offer to make Supriya (Sule) a minister in the Modi-led cabinet.” It may be recalled that Supriya Sule is the daughter of Sharad Pawar and a Lok Sabha member from Baramati seat in Pune District.
NCP chief will give PM the cooperation
The NCP chief further said that he had assured the Prime Minister that his party was in opposition only and would not oppose every policy of the Center. Pawar has claimed that he told PM Modi that despite sitting in the opposition in Parliament, I will not oppose you. Wherever you are needed, my cooperation will be with you.

Ajit Pawar gave support to BJP
Sharad Pawar’s nephew Ajit Pawar joined hands with BJP after counting days of meeting with PM Modi. Ajit Pawar claimed that he had the support of the NCP MLA, along with that he went to Rajbhavan and handed over the letter of support to the MLA.
