NCB gives Aryan Khan, 5 others clean chit in drugs-on-cruise case

New Delhi: The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has given a clean chit to Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan in the drugs-on-cruise case.

The NCB submitted a charge sheet in the case, in which it stated that no proof had been found against Aryan Khan.

Besides him, five others have been let off by the NCB for “lack of sufficient evidence”.

The case relates to seizure of drugs on board the Cordelia Cruise ship going from Mumbai to Goa. Aryan was among those arrested on October 2 last year.

He spent almost a month in jail before getting bail.

The case, which was being investigated by NCB Mumbai was later taken over by the Special Investigation Team from NCB headquarters in Delhi.

The SIT has filed a complaint against 14 persons under various sections of NDPS Act, while no complaint has been filed against 6 persons for lack of sufficient evidence, a press release by the NCB,
