AIMIM leader Waris Pathan has been suffering constant criticism due to the recently disputed speech. Pathan’s statement that “15 crore Muslims are more than a match for the country’s 100 crore Hindus” has created a political uproar in the country. Leaders of political parties and social organizations are strongly condemning the statement of Pathan. Many Muslim organizations have expressed their displeasure over Waris Pathan’s statement. A minority social organization of Muzaffarpur has announced a reward of 11 lakh rupees for beheading the Pathan.
On behalf of the minority social organization Haq-e-Hindustan Morcha, it has been said that a reward of Rs 11 lakh will be given to those who behead Pathan. Tamanna Hashmi, the convener of a social organization Haq-e-Hindustan Morcha, strongly condemned Pathan’s statement and said it was anti-national.
It is known that the leader of Asaduddin Owaisi’s party AIMIM, Waris Pathan, while addressing a public meeting in Karnataka, said that we are 15 crores and heavy on 100 crores people. He was addressing a rally in Kalburgi in northern Karnataka on February 16 to protest against the Citizenship Amendment Act. Pasthan said, “We have to move together. We have to take Azadi (freedom), things that we don’t get by asking, we have to take it by force, remember it…(We maybe) 15 crore, but are heavy on 100 (crore), remember it.” After this statement, Owaisi’s party banned him from talking to the media. Despite this, there are continuing protests about the heir’s statement.
