100 children died within a month in Jay Kay Lon Hospital in Rajasthan’s the Kota district. Since December 23-24, the matter came to light when the Opposition targeted the deaths of children in this hospital. BSP supremo Mayawati on Thursday slammed the Congress leader for not paying heed to the Kota hospital tragedy in the Congress-ruled Rajasthan.
Mayawati tweeted in hindi and wrote, “In the Kota district of Congress-ruled Rajasthan, the recent loss of mothers in the death of about 100 innocent children is extremely sad and painful. Even then the Chief Minister Mr. Gehlot himself and his government still remain indifferent, insensitive and irresponsible towards it, which is extremely condemnable.”

In another tweet she wrote, “But even more condemnable is the fact that the Congress’ top leadership, especially, its woman general secretary, is silent on this issue. It would have been better if she (Priyanka Gandhi) she had met poor mothers who lost their babies in a similar manner she is meeting (family members of those killed in anti-CAA violence in UP).”
On Wednesday, Priyanka Gandhi had raised the issue of a 14 month girl child who was separated from her parents in Varanasi after they were jailed due to anti-CAA protests.
