The complaint alleges that Dr Het Desai had written a book the ‘Het Manual of Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation) which is a bestseller on Amazon in the Urology field.

He alleged that Dr Patel used the book for her own business and that she continued to represent herself as a member of Dr Desai’s team to her clients. He alleged that she violated the trade secret and confidential agreement with the company.

He has alleged that she continued to represent herself as the CEO of Dr Desai’s company despite having left it sometime back and continued to use WOW and IIPRE’s name for improving her business.

She also continued to represent herself wrongly as a fertility rehabilitation specialist despite having no training in the same.

She thus continued to misrepresent herself to her clients using Dr Desai’s firms and caused him financial losses and clients.
