I got my RT-PCR test done after having some Covid-19 symptoms, which has come positive. I've isolated myself and am taking the advice and treatment of the Doctors.
I request all those who have come in my contact recently to get themselves tested. I'm physically fit and fine.

Village sees 90 COVID deaths in 20 days
Chogath, a village in Bhavnagar district has reported 90 COVID deaths in the last 20 days. The village has a population of 13,000. Media reports quoting the person who performs the last rites in the village said that 90 people had been cremated in the last 20 days.
Following the deaths, the village has gone into lockdown. The local government officials however did not confirm or deny the reports.
They said that screening has been increased and they were aggressively tracking and testing to control the spread of COVID.
On April 24, Gujarat Deputy Chief Minister Nitin Patel had announced that he too had tested positive for COVID. Patel who is also the health minister was admitted to the U N Mehta Institute of Cardiology and Research
Centre here after testing positive.
Patel’s tweet about his status had led to a barrage of questions as to how the minister got a bed so soon when several others were still struggling to find a bed. This was at a time when the state was seeing a shortage of beds and oxygen and the rule barring admission to any corona patient who does not come in a 108 ambulance was in place. Several other ministers including Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani, Education Minister Bhupendrasinh Chudasama and Home Minister Pradipsinh Jadeja among others have tested positive for the disease and have recovered too.
