What court said while granting bail to the thief

The court said the charge sheet has been filed in this case and if he is not granted bail it will lead to a pre-trial conviction. Other co-accused in the case have also been granted bail.
The court asked the petitioner to furnish a personal bond of Rs 15,000 as a security deposit with the trial court. He was further directed not to leave Gujarat without the court’s due permission. Court also asked the accused to submit his passport within seven days.
