Shabnam Ashraf, the AAP candidate for Danilimda has withdrawn her nomination in favour of Congress candidate Shehzadkhan Pathan. Shabnam said that the young Congress corporator has been working for the people for a long time and hence to support him she withdrew her nomination form.
The Congress meanwhile has been hit by a wave of resignations. The party’s Nikol wing women general secretary has also resigned from the party.
Another blow for Congress
