Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board has announced GSEB SSC Result 2023. This year, 64.62 per cent students passed which is a marginal decline from 65.18 per cent in 2022. In all centers, Kumbharia center of Banaskantha is on top with 95.92% while Utavali center of Narmada has recorded lowest of 11.94% result. Whereas as per the districts, Surat district is on top with 76.45% result and Dahod is at the bottom with the lowest of 40.75% result.

If we summarize the results Grade-wise, 6111 students have passed with A1 grade while 44480 got A2, 86611 with B1, 127652 with B2, 139248 with C1 grade, 67373 with C2 grade and 3412 students have passed with D grade.
Girls have outperformed boys with 70.62% result in comparison with boys pass percentage of 59.58%. Gujarat Class 10 board examination in the state was conducted from March 14 to March 28, 2023. Around 8 lakh candidates appeared for GSEB SSC examination this year. This year 101 prison inmates also registered for the SSC exams which were conducted in March.
A total of 272 schools have recorded 100 per cent results, meaning no students from these schools have failed in the exam. Schools with 100% results were 292 in 2022. Meanwhile, 1084 schools have registered les than 30 per cent result. The number of such schools was 1007 in 2022. Whereas 157 schools have registered 0 per cent result.
Among subjects, English first language subject recorded highest pass percentage of 95.06 while science lowest result of 67.72.
