The Pixel Fold, price starting at Rs 1.47 lakh, is available for preorder from today itself and will be available for purchase in June. The foldable smartphone transforms from a compact 5.8-inch device into a 7.6-inch tablet, which provides a big screen for users to run apps, play video games, stream videos and edit files.
Both the screens on the Pixel Fold are OLED panels with 120Hz refresh rates with the inner screen covered in ultrathin glass. The foldable smartphone runs on Tensor 2 and comes with 12GB of RAM. Corning Gorilla Glass Victus has been provided to protect the display of the smartphone.
Along with it, the company is giving free Pixel Watch. The device is available for pre-order in the US market. The brand has not launched this device in the Indian market.
Not just foldable, but Google has marked its return in the tablet business as it launched the Pixel Tablet at $499 price range, approximately Rs 41,000. Google has launched the tablet with 11-inch 2560×1600 pixel LCD display, available for preorder starting today. Google will start shipping the tablet from June 20th.
The Android tablet also runs on the same Tensor G2 processor found on Pixel Fold and Pixel 7A.
