NRGs who originally belong to Nar village in Anand have come together to donate 130 oxygen concentration machines and other help to the Gokul Dham Nar in the village that is helping locals during the COVID pandemic.
The help came from Dr. Arvind Patel and Manan Shah and their Mitra Mandal in Virginia. The help also included funding to provide food kits that were distributed by Gokul Dham’s Swami Shukdev Prasad Dasji and other saints.
A virtual programme for the same attended by the Gujarat governor was held recently.
Gujarat chief minister Vijay Rupani also joined virtually during the distribution of the 130 oxygen concentration machines and he appreciated the contribution made by the religious organization and others like Gokul Dham and Gujaratis in the US during the fight against the pandemic.
The concentrator will help ensure that those under home quarantine at COVDI care centers in the district will have an adequate supply of oxygen as and when needed.
