Ahmedabad: Once again unseasonal rain has been predicted in the midst of scorching heat in Gujarat. Due to Western Disturbance, rain is expected with strong wind. Rain is expected in Saurashtra, North, Central and South Gujarat. The Meteorological Department has predicted nominal rain on 28 and 29 May.

Winds to blow at a speed of 30 to 40 kmph
There is a possibility of rain in Ahmedabad due to the passing of rainy turf. Along with this, the possibility of rain has also been expressed in Rajkot, Bhavnagar, Porbandar, Junagadh. Rain is also expected in Patan, Mehsana, Banaskantha, Sabarkantha, Anand, Bharuch, Mahisagar. At the same time, wind will blow at a speed of 30 to 40 km per hour in the state.
Strong winds to blow in areas including Saurashtra-Kutch
As the system gets active into the sea, strong wind has been predicted along the coast and adjoining areas. Fishermen, who go fishing in the sea, have also been instructed not to venture into the sea for three days. An alert has also been issued regarding the effect of western disturbance in the coastal areas of Gujarat, due to which strong winds can blow. There is a possibility of wind blowing at a speed of 40 kmph.
Wind likely to blow at a speed of 40 to 50 km
In some states of the country, the Meteorological Department has also issued an alert for thunderstorms and rain, due to which people will get relief from the heat. There is a forecast of thunderstorm and strong winds in Himachal. Due to the Western Disturbance, there has been a change in the weather of the Himalayan region. Dust storm can also occur in Rajasthan today, while there is a possibility of light to moderate rain in North India including Delhi. During this, wind can blow at a speed of 40 to 50 km.
