Voting is going on from 8 am today for all 70 seats of Delhi Assembly. During this the ruling Aam Aadmi Party entered electoral arena by making health and education an issue, the BJP was seen to be doing this entire election campaign in the name of Pakistan, Hindu-Muslim. One of them is being in Shaheen Bagh. At first the protest was called by BJP as a part of the Tukde-Tukde gang and then said that those opposing it are anti-Modi. Not only this, BJP leaders who made Shaheen Bagh an election issue during the election campaign did not seem to back down from making controversial statements even after voting.

BJP MP Parvesh Verma said after casting his vote that the people of Delhi have to decide whether he is with Shaheen Bagh or not. When I came to vote with my wife, I was saying that the school that you want to go to has been declared a shabby, not to fall. Here children who are forbidden to bang their feet loudly, it is forbidden to dance that this school of Delhi Government should not fall.

At the same time, BJP candidate Kapil Mishra, after casting his vote with his mother and wife said that today the people of Delhi will vote and calculate. Surgical strikes will be accounted for. Shaheen Bagh’s tent will be removed as the button is pressed. Kapil Mishra has said that one should vote in the name of development.

It may be noted that earlier, Bharatiya Janata Party MP Pravesh Verma had said that protesters sitting in Delhi’s Shaheen Bagh against the Citizenship Amendment Act can be removed in an hour. If the BJP comes to power on February 11, you will not see a single protester there within an hour. At the same time, Kapil Mishra has seen this election with Pakistan. The leaders who spew venom during the election campaign are not looking calm even after voting and are constantly making controversial statements.
