Gandhinagar: The state reported 25 new cases of Covid-19 in 24 hours ending Sunday evening. No death was reported during this period.
There are 207 active cases of Covid-19 in the state currently. Of these, 6 patients are on ventilator while the condition of the remaining is stable.
Surat city reported 5 cases, Ahmedabad city 4, Amreli, Kheda and Vadodara city had 3 cases each, Rajkot rural 2, Anand, Jamnagar city, Navsari, Rajkot city and Surat rural reported 1 case each.
98.75% recovery
The number of recoveries was lower than the fresh cases. Fourteen persons were discharged from hospitals on Sunday. With this, the total recovery figure reached 8,14,761, which is 98.75 per cent of the total cases.
3.85 lakh vaccinated in 24 hours
A total of 3,85,461 persons were vaccinated against Covid-19 on Sunday. The overall vaccination figure has now reached 3,65,81,478.
