New Delhi: Delhi Deputy Chief Minister and AAP leader Manish Sisodia said on Monday that the CBI would be checking his family’s bank locker on Tuesday.
Scoffing at the investigation against him in the alleged Delhi excise policy scam, he said that the agency had not found anything from his residence during its raid recently and would not find anything from the locker either.
He said the agency was welcome to carry out the search and assured full cooperation.
“Tomorrow, CBI is coming to see out bank locker. Nothing was found at my house during the 14-hour raid on August 19. Nothing will be found in the locker either. CBI is welcome. The search will have full cooperation from my family and me,” Manish Sisodia said in a tweet.
CBI had raided a total of 21 location as part of its investigation into the alleged fraud in the excise policy.
