Uttar Pradesh: A case of class 12 student was allegedly raped by two men in a moving car has come to light in Uttar Pradesh’s Bulandshahr, police said. It is alleged that the domineering villagers kidnapped the girl and then committed the crime. The incident took place on Wednesday in Khanpur area. After the incident, the victim was thrown to the side of the road, threatening to kill her in disgrace.The victim has been sent for medical. One person has been arrested in connection with the case as of yet and further investigation is underway. Police has also recovered the car in which the incident was carried out.
An FIR in this regard was initially filed under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and relevant sections of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act will only be added once her age has been verified. Both of the accused, aged between 20 and 25, have been identified by name in the FIR.
The matter is of Khanpur police station area of Bulandshahr. A girl studying in class 12 lodged a report that two men in a moving car had committed cruelty to her. On 1 January, she was going to her school as usual. Just then, two youths riding a swift car stopped and kidnapped her on the strength of the gun. They also made a video of the tragedy. Later, the two youths threatened to make the video viral and threw her away on the road.
