New Delhi: The Budget session of the Parliament will begin on Monday. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will table the Economic Survey 2021-22 during the day.
Later in the day, Chief Economic Advisor V Anantha Nageswaran who took charge last week will discuss the survey at a press conference.
Sitharaman will present the Union Budget for 2022-23 on Tuesday, February 1.
The first part of the Budget Session is scheduled to continue till February 11.
There will be a break from February 12 to March 13.
The second part of the Budget Session will begin on March 14 and continue till April 8.
Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla and Rajya Sabha Chairman Venkaiah Naidu on Sunday reviewed the arrangements for the session, ANI quoted sources as saying.
According to sources, all the MPs have been asked to take an RT-PCR test 48 hours before the commencement of the session.
