The Border Security Force (BSF) on Friday nabbed a Pakistan national while he was trying to enter the country illegally. The man was nabbed while trying to enter Indian territory from Pillar Number 1082 in the Rann of Kutch, a BSF release said. The paramilitary force said that nothing suspicious was found on him. The man will be interrogated further and as of now he has been handed over to the police.
Many Pakistan nationals, mainly from Sindh province, routinely get caught along the country’s western border while trying to sneak into India. In February this year, another Pakistani national was apprehended by the BSF for illegally entering the country through the Kutch border. The person was identified as a resident of Shah Nawaz Bhutto Colony in Karachi in Pakistan’s Sindh province. Security forces had recovered some Pakistani currency, an identity card and 150 grams of powder from him at that time.
