Informing about her COVID-19 test result on Friday, the MP tweeted, “I have tested positive for COVID-19 this morning, having mild fever and was in self-isolation for the past one week. I will keep everyone posted. All is well.”

Recently elevated to the post of party general secretary in West Bengal, Locket Chatterjee has been very active with grassroots agitation, especially over women’s issues.
