BJP Leaders Hold Rallies Across 62 Places in Gujarat to Support CAA


Gandhinagar: A rally has been organized today on December 24, in connection with the CAA. BJP leaders will hold rallies in more than 62 places in Gujarat. CM Vijay Rupani will address the rallies of the CAA in Sabarmati Ashram in Ahmedabad, regional president Jitu Waghani in Vadodara and Deputy CM Nitin Patel in Mehsana. The Cabinet ministers RC Faldu, Ishwar Parmar, Jawahar Chawda did not mention several ministers in the programs announced by the BJP for the rally in support of CAA.

After the ongoing agitation against CAA, the BJP held a meeting on Sunday in the state of Gujarat. In this meeting, CM Vijay Rupani accused Congress of violence in the protest movement in Ahmedabad Shah-e-alam. Simultaneously, CM Rupani said that Congress was spreading misinformation about CAA Act.

BJP accused Congress
Protests over the recent CAA in Ahmedabad took a violent form, protesters in the Shah-e-alam area pelted stones at the police, many people from the Gujarat CM to the Gujarat BJP president held the Congress responsible for the matter. They all alleged that the Congress is carrying out such violent demonstrations.

Congress will march to save the constitution
The BJP is organizing a rally in support of the CAA. On the other hand, Congress will organize a’Save Constitution March’ on December 28 to protest against the CAA-NRC. All the states have been instructed by the Congress High Command to conduct the program. In Gujarat, the ‘Save Constitution March’ program is being considered tense but when and where it will be done has not yet been announced.
