Bin Sachivalay Exam has been revoked by the State government of Gujarat. Chief Minister Vijay Rupani decided to step back in the interest of the examinees.The government is accepting the SIT report of malpractice in the Bin Sachivalay Exam. At the same time, the government decided to punished the accused by banning from competitive examinations for next three years.
The details of Matter
Bin Sachivalay clerk examination was conducted on November 17 across the state. The paper was leaked before exam. Congress had also claimed that the malpractices were rampant by declaring CCTV footage of the exam. Candidates staged intense agitation in Gandhinagar, demanding the exam to be canceled. This movement of the students had risk the government getting the support of political organizations. After that, the government formed a SIT to discuss malpractices in the examination by negotiating with a delegation of candidates.
The exam has been in dispute since October 2019
Bin Sachivalay clerk examination has been in dispute since October. GSSSB deleted notification on November 12, 2018. The exam was to be held on October 20. But on October 11, the government ordered that the examination be canceled and it was said that only the graduates could apply and fresh examination would be taken.
