ATS and Crime Branch to Investigate Bin Sachivalay Case: Pradeep Singh Jadeja

Students protested in Gandhinagar against the malpractices in Bin Sachivalay examination taken by the secondary service choice board and demanded for the for cancellation of the exam. After which Gujarat government announced to cancel the exam, coming on the backfoot. Gujarat Home Minister Pradeep Singh Jadeja said that the investigation in this case is on and action will be taken against those who are involved in the case.

At the same time, he said that after registering an FIR in Gandhinagar the investigation of the case will be handed over to the ATS and Crime Branch. State Home Minister Pradeep Singh Jadeja said that total 39 complaints of irregularities were received in the examination of Bin Sachivalay Examination. The SIT was constituted by Chief Minister Vijay Rupani to investigate this. In the SIT investigation, the allegations of leaking paper and copying during the examination have been confirmed. After this, Chief Minister Vijay Rupani has decided to cancel the exam.

More than 6 lakh students took part in the examination to be held on November 17 for 3910 posts of Bin Sachivalay, Clerk. But in several parts of Gujarat, after getting the news of the malpractices during the exam. The Congress released a video, alleging that the Examination was wrong.
