Army Chief General Manoj Mukund Narvane termed the removal of article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir as historic and said that this will give Kashmir a chance to join the mainstream. Not only this, he said without naming Pakistan that we have zero-tolerance against terrorism. We have many options to give a reply to terrorists and will not hesitate to use them.
On the occasion of 72nd Army Day, Narvane said that the Indian Army has ensured the security of the country with full activeness and strength in the proxy war. He said that the situation on the northern border is peaceful. Referring to Jammu and Kashmir, Narwane said that the removal of article 370 is a historic step that will give Kashmir a chance to join the mainstream.
