New Delhi: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has gained majority in the trend of Delhi Assembly Election result. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), which claimed victory in Delhi could not perform as expected. Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav has taunted the BJP. Akhilesh attacked Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath saying, “Hamare Mukhya Mantri Baba Jaha Jaha Gaye Wahi Bhartiya Janta Party Haar Gyi Hai” (Wherever our ‘Chief Minister Baba’ went, BJP loses).
SP leader Akhilesh said, “Congratulations to the people of Delhi. It is very difficult in politics to win elections on the basis of work. Delhi’s decision will take the country’s politics on the path of development and will stop the Bharatiya Janata Party’s path of destruction. Our Chief Minister Baba is yogi. Wherever we have gone, the Bharatiya Janata Party has lost.” He further said, “In the last election we kept talking about work and the public did not listen to us and in future the election will be on the issue of development.”
The counting of votes for the Delhi Assembly elections is going on. The Aam Aadmi Party is ahead in more than 60 seats. At the same time, the Bharatiya Janata Party was ahead in more than 10 seats. Talking about the Congress, it could not get an edge on a single seat. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is leading in New Delhi seat and Deputy CM Manish Sisodia has won from Patparganj seat.
