Delhi: Before the assembly elections 2023 to be held in Rajasthan this year, the Congress high command has stepped up the exercise to end the ongoing political tussle between Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot and Sachin Pilot. For the solution, Rahul Gandhi and Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge met Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot in Delhi. After this meeting, Sachin Pilot also reached at residence of Kharge to meet him.

Controversy between Gehlot and Pilot ends
After a four-hour meeting of Ashok Gehlot and Sachin Pilot with high command yesterday, Party leader KC Venugopal told reporters that Congress national president Mallikarjun Kharge and Rahul Gandhi held four hour-long meeting with Ashok Gehlot and Sachin Pilot for the upcoming Rajasthan assembly election. Both the leaders have decided that they will contest the election together and Congress will definitely win the elections in Rajasthan. If, any further decision it will be taken by the high command.
Separate meetings with both leaders
Gehlot first met Kharge and Rahul Gandhi and after about two hours Pilot reached Kharge’s house on Rajaji Marg. Rajasthan Congress in-charge Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa was also present during the meetings. The meetings are a successful attempt by the Congress leadership to resolve the dispute between Gehlot and former Deputy CM Sachin Pilot in Rajasthan. The assembly elections will be held in Rajasthan later this year.
