Next month on July 3, India is going to create a new history. Russia has also come forward to help India and has decided to postpone its Moon Lander mission so that India’s Chandrayaan-3 can be successful in landing on the moon.

India to be fourth country in world to launch Chandrayaan
If India succeeds in launching Chandrayaan-3, it will become the fourth country in the world to successfully launch Chandrayaan. Earlier, USA, Russia and China have successfully commenced their lunar mission. India launched it’s Chandrayaan mission on 22 July 2019. However, Vikram, the lander that launched Chandrayaan at that time, was crashed. But, since then India is preparing for Chandrayaan-3.
What did ISRO chief S Somnath say?
Regarding the launch of Chandrayaan, ISRO chief Somnath said that though they may have failed in Mission Chandrayaan-2, but with the success of Chandrayaan-3, we will create history. We have learned from past failures and moved forward. Somnath said that failure does not mean that we stop moving forward. This time we are definitely going to create history. It is a mission to make the people of India proud. Chandrayaan-3 will be launched from the Satish Dhawan Space Center in Sri Harikota.
How Chandrayaan-3 will reach the moon?
According to ISRO, Chandrayaan-3 has three different segments that have been designed to reach the Moon. In technical terms it is called module. Chandrayaan-3 also has 3 modules. Orbiter of Chandrayaan-2 is, already in the space, orbiting the moon, so this time the orbiter will not be sent. The ISRO chief said,” We are definitely going to be successful this time and the people of India will feel proud.”
