Political activities are on climax for Karnataka assembly polls 2023. Karnataka polls is being considered as a Semi final before Lok Sabha elections in the country. Countdown for Karnataka assembly election has begun. BJP has fielded Chief Ministers of many states along with Union Ministers for campaign to retain power in Karnataka. Besides, PM Modi himself often visits Karnataka. Now UP Chief Minister Yogi Aditya Nath has made his entry in poll bound Karnataka.

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath held a road – show in Mandya district of Karnataka before the assembly elections. Following the road-show, addressing election rally, CM Yogi said that Congress is making big claims talking about development, but what was the reality of their development, a five year plan, one project was developed, one five year plan used to be implemented. Foundation stone for the same was laid in the next five-year plan, work used to be allocated in the third five – year plan. When the fourth five-year plan started, the project used to halted and never completed.
Besides, UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath targeted the Congress saying that on one hand the double engine government bans PFI and on the other hand Congress works for appeasement, gives them reservation on the basis of religion. Reservation on the basis of religion is against the constitution of India, it is unconstitutional.
Lambasting at the Congress, CM Yogi added that those who are trying to divide the society in the name of caste, those who have announced to give reservation on the basis of religion cannot be well wishers of India. Reservation on the basis of religion is unconstitutional.
