Maharashtra politics is experiencing upheaval now a days. Yesterday, a statement by NCP leader Supriya Sule sparked discussion that NCP leader Ajit Pawar may soon join hands with BJP. Now Ajit Pawar has come forward saying that he is in NCP and will remain with NCP only. With his statement the speculations about his joining with BJP has come to an end.

Accusing the media of spreading rumours, Ajit Pawar categorically denied about his planning to join BJP with his supporters. Talking about the rift between the NCP and opposition alliance in Maharashtra, Ajit Pawar clarified that there is no truth in any of the rumors and I am with the NCP and will stay with it. The former Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra said that NCP workers are getting confused due to such uproar. Earlier, his uncle Sharad Pawar had also dismissed the speculations of Ajit joining BJP.
Meanwhile, talking to media in Mumbai following a meeting with Ajit Pawar, amid speculations of alleged rebellion by NCP leader Ajit Pawar, party leader Anil Patil said that he discussed about the news which are going on for 2-3 days. Whatever has been, shown in the news, has not been discussed anywhere. It should be stopped because till date there has been not any discussion about Dada or anyone else. We are with Ajit Dada and will continue to be so and Ajit Dada is with NCP.
Earlier, daughter of Nationalist Congress Party (NCP)chairman Sharad Pawar and NCP MP Supriya Sule gave an important statement. Sule gave hint that “2 political explosions” will take place in 15 days. She said, one explosion (political) will occur in Delhi, while the other will happen in Maharashtra. She gave her statement at the time when there are speculations that NCP leader Ajit Pawar is on the verge of switching to the BJP with his supporters.
