Ahmedabad: Karnataka assembly election 2023, to be held before the Lok Sabha elections, is being considered as a semi-final. The countdown to the assembly elections has begun. Less than a month period is left for voting. According to the Election Commission, Karnataka will go to polls on May 10 and the results will be declared on May 13. Gujarat leaders have also been given the responsibility of campaigning in the election.

Earlier, Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel has also held a meeting with people of Gujarati community in Karnataka. Now BJP has decided to send a team of more than 125 workers from Gujarat to Karnataka for election campaign. Besides, 6 leaders of the government and BJP will also be on a continuous tour of Karnataka. Also, regional leaders of BJP are scheduled to visit Karnataka after April 15. The responsibility for the same has been given to Union Minister Mansukh Mandaviya.
According to the sources, Gujarat BJP leaders will camp in Karnataka from April 15. Pradeep Singh Vaghela, Ganpat Vasava, Praveen Mali, Jitu Vaghani, Purnesh Modi and Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel will camp in Karnataka. CM Bhupendra Patel will visit another state for election campaign for the first time after becoming CM. He recently held meetings with Gujarati community in Karnataka. Union Minister Mansukh Mandaviya has been entrusted with the responsibility of the Karnataka campaign. 6 prominent leaders from Gujarat and 125 party workers will campaign in the Karnataka assembly elections.
