CM Nitish Kumar has given an important statement over violence spread in Bihar. He said that everything was fare in Bihar for years and suddenly the situation has worsened. It is sure that someone must have done wrong. He added that law and order situation in Bihar is proper. He said, ” People just try to defame Bihar. Someone has messed up, I have ordered not to spare those who have taken law into their hands.” CM said,” I assure the Government is completely alert about every matter.” CM has promised to take stern action against those inciting violence.

CM Nitish Kumar added,” such violent incidents are unfortunate. I have instructed officers to
collect information and take proper action against involved in the incidents. It is not ‘natural’, definitely, here and there someone must have done conspiracy. On cancellation of Bihar visit of Amit Shah Bihar CM Nitish Kumar said security is provided to any central minister who visits Bihar. State Government fulfils its responsibility. We take care of all the things, if they (BJP) don’t keep it, that’s a different matter.
Over violent incidents in Sasaram and Nalanda Bihar CM added, “it is very unfortunate. As soon as I received the information I got alert and acted quickly. Stern actions will be taken against rioters. Someone has acted knowingly, I have instructed to get details about the same. ”
Bihar Police said that the situation in Bihar Sharif of Nalanda and Sasaram of Rohtas is completely normal and under control. After registering two FIRs in Nalanda and Rohtas, identifying anti-social elements, 27 and 18 people have been arrested respectively. Police added that adequate number of force and deputation of magistrates is continued at both the places. Senior officers are camping on the spot and social media is being monitored.
45 people arrested on charges of violence: Police
Police arrested 45 people in Sasaram and Biharsherif on the charges of provoking people during Ram Navmi celebrations. State Police Headquarters disclosed the information on Saturday. Communal riots in these cities that started Thursday late night continued on Friday. Police said the situation at both the places has been normal. After registering two FIRs in Nalanda and Rohtas, 27 and 18 people were arrested respectively. Police added that as a precautionary measure Senior officers are camping on the spot.
