- Eid-e-Milad processions may have up to 400 members if the celebration is restricted to one area
Gandhinagar: The Gujarat government has issued Covid guidelines related to celebration of Eid-e-Milad which falls on Tuesday, October 19.
As per the guidelines, 400 people will be allowed for celebration in a big group.
Small processions will be allowed to have 400 members if the celebration is to be restricted to one area. It will be allowed only in the vicinity of its origin. However, if a bigger procession is likely to move from one area to another, a maximum of 15 persons will be allowed to take part in it.
Also, only one vehicle will be permitted. The procession will have to be organized during the day. It must be wrapped up within the shortest possible duration.
Covid guidelines will have to be adhered to strictly during all celebrations.
